Throughout the 1840s, Baltimore became home to thousands of Irish immigrants working on the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad. Discover their legacy in homes built for this growing workforce - in an area still home to many Irish-Americans - at the Irish Railroad Workers Museum on Lemmon Street. And, as it's the second Saturday of the month, there are special programs over lunchtime celebrating Irish history and culture.
