


Cinco De Mayo is a day celebrated throughout Mexico as a battle victory against France in the Battle of Puebla in 1862. Celebrate a little more closeby this Saturday with Houston's own Cinco De Mayo festivities - watch the parade beginning at Hamilton St and Texas Ave from 10am to noon, with musicians, dancers and marching bands alongside local dignitaries - and, of course, much Hispanic music.
